Roles:
- Coordinator | Oversee and manage all aspects of the Nursery Ministry (1st & 2nd service), including weekly communication with parents, leading and directing the volunteer team, managing supplies and room setup, and handling scheduling and recruitment. A minimum 1-year commitment required.
- Assistant Coordinator | Helps coordinator with weekly tasks during service time. Leads the volunteers when Coordinator is absent/visiting other service class. Caring for children & tending to their needs - comforting the distressed, communicating, playing alongside the children, tending to diapers, & cleaning child/environment.
- Ministry Volunteer | Caring for children & tending to their needs - comforting the distressed, communicating, playing alongside the children, tending to diapers, & cleaning child/environment.
Requirements:
To volunteer, you must be an active member of Church of Southland:
- Minimum 6 months of Church attendance
- Regular Cell and Sunday Service attendance
- EG (Completed Experiencing God Discipleship Classes)
- Encounter Retreat
