Roles:
- Coordinator | Oversee and manage all aspects of the Sprouts (Sun) & Cubbies (Fri) Ministry (1st & 2nd service), including weekly communication with parents, leading and directing the volunteer team, preparing lesson (Bible Story, craft, praise), managing supplies and room setup, and handling scheduling and recruitment. A minimum 1-year commitment required.
- Ministry Volunteer | Caring for children & tending to their needs - comforting the distressed, communicating, playing alongside the children, helping with toileting, assisting with craft, & helping with clean-up.
- A/V volunteer | Help handle all video/audio needs throughout the class time. Caring for children & tending to their needs - comforting the distressed, communicating, playing alongside the children, tending to diapers, & cleaning child/environment.
- Craft Coordinator | Prepare all craft items for craft time. Caring for children & tending to their needs - comforting the distressed, communicating, playing alongside the children, tending to diapers, & cleaning child/environment.
Requirements:
To volunteer, you must be an active member of Church of Southland:
- Minimum 6 months of Church attendance
- Regular Cell and Sunday Service attendance
- EG (Completed Experiencing God Discipleship Classes)
- Encounter Retreat
