Ushers joyfully serve all who enter COS and help them find a seat in our sanctuary. Ushers minister in loving hospitality, because they understand that our sanctuary is God’s space for ministry and worship. Ushers also help serve/direct congregation members through communion and other various special events.
Ushers joyfully serve all who enter COS and help them find a seat in our sanctuary. Ushers minister in loving hospitality, because they understand that our sanctuary is God’s space for ministry and worship. Ushers also help serve/direct congregation members through communion and other various special events.
Commitment:
~1 hour a week and special events as needed; Ushers may serve and attend the same service.
Requirements:
To volunteer, you must be an active member of Church of Southland:
- Minimum 6 months of Church attendance
- Regular Cell and Sunday Service attendance
- EG (Completed Experiencing God Discipleship Classes)
- Encounter Retreat
