Creative Project Request Form

Please fill out this form for any media related requests (e.g. graphics for announcements).

In order to provide a service that best fits your needs and timeline, please note the following tiered-system:
Tier 1: weekly tasks
Tier 2: church-wide events
Tier 3: ministries that are lay-led (like missions, worship, etc) who do not have design resources
Tier 4: ministries/department with a staff

Submissions will not be automatically accepted and will be decided upon the bandwidth of the Creative Team. You will receive a confirmation within 2-3 business days whether your project has been accepted or not. If you have any questions, please email us at creative@churchofsouthland.com
